Town Homes are defined as having another residence adjacent on one or more sides. Most all Town Homes will be HOA maintained on the exterior of the residence to include - Roof, Grounds, Exterior Cladding - and as such these areas are not within the scope of the inspection unless otherwise noted within the report. A Town Home that we inspect the roof and or exterior will be priced at a Single Family rate.
